About
ICDAR is a major international event for professional contractors for analysis and documentation that extends to the digital age of the digital transition. In 2021, at the 16th edition of this emblematic conference, it was realized that will be the first one, which will take place in Switzerland.
All events organized within ICDAR 2021 are safe and protected from the global crisis of COVID-19. If necessary, ICDAR 2021 with “virtual” remote participation capabilities will be implemented. All accepted papers will be published in the ICDAR 2021 Proceedings, whether the conference is held physically or not.
Place
Located in the center of the city of Lausanne, with views of the lake and mountain, the Beaulieu Convention Center offers a wide range of installations for conferences with garden. The Center is easily accessible for public transport.
Social activities
The conference dinner will be held at Casino Montreux. Before the dinner, the participants will have the opportunity to visit Chillon Castle or the Charlie Chaplin Museum. Lausanne in its arteries also has a lot to offer to visitors, it is an Olympic museum and Lavaux Vineyard Terraces, classified by UNESCO, or gardens near the lake.

Presentation of the review
ICDAR 2021 will be followed by a double blind revision process. The authors do not include their names and affiliations in the same place. The authors must also guarantee that his identity will be revealed indirectly, citing their previous works on the third person and omitting the acknowledgements to the version ready for the camera.
The documents are added to the conference in 15 pages and are in the LNCS format.
As for the previous edition of the ICDAR, there were a three-day special diary of the IJDAR that relates to the latest advances in analysis and reconstitution of documents in complex documents using advanced techniques.

Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science is or ICDAR 2021 editor
The recent ICDAR procedures are published in public using the IEEE Computer Society Press. Based on our collaborations between IAPR and Springer, the ICDAR Consultative Council will publish the ICDAR 2021 procedures in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series.
It provides excellent online accessibility for conferences and seminars, including free access to SpringerLink, links from the conference website and free access to all other SpringerLink.
The work contracts for the congress are up to 15 pages, including references. If present, there are between 12 and 15 pages.
